Products available on site will reach you within 2-10 working days from the receipt of payment. Products marked with 14 working days when ordering will reach you within 14 working days. Orders placed and paid for on weekends and holidays will be posted on the first working day.

PRODUCT RETURN

The customer has the right to withdraw from the transaction
within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods.

The customer is obliged to return the product to the Merchant within 14 days
from the submission of the return application.

The product to be returned must be without defects, complete, with labels and attachments, in the original packaging and unused.

To return the product or exchange the product, write to the e-mail info@dressy.ee.

The returned goods must be returned to the Bebito OÜ e-store
warehouse with the address Posti 41a, Haapsalu 90507 or choose
SmartPOST (Haapsalu Kaubamaja Konsum (white), OMNIVA
(Haapsalu Kaubamaja parcel machine) or DPD parcel machine with
destination Haapsalu (Haapsalu Kaubamaja Konsum DPD parcel machine).

The transport costs associated with the return shall be covered
by the Service user.

When the return reaches us, we will send a confirmation of
receipt of the package to your e-mail address. The money for the
returned goods will be returned to your bank account within 14 working
days from the receipt of the goods. We make a refund for the returned
goods to the same account from which the order was paid.
